How long will it take to get my package?
Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days. ( Monday-Friday) However, some products may take longer to arrive due to size, weight, location and weather conditions.
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee.

Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

What is your return policy?
To return an item (excluding custom sample proofs), the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.
We also recommend that you keep your Packing Slip or note the order number (which can be found on your Packing Slip) as you might need this information as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Who do we contact in the case of a problem with our order?
If a product is damaged or defective, or the wrong item has been sent to you and you require a replacement, please contact customer service at customer.service@CTRcrafts.com. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a refund of the shipping cost if your returned product is damaged or defective. Please note that if you return goods to us that are found not to be faulty on inspection by us, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
